RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bratts Crew, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note that Bratts Crew does not offer monetary refunds for apparel purchases. Approved returns are issued as Bratts Crew Store Credit only.

CANADA / DOMESTIC ORDERS

Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

RETURN OPTIONS

Exchange If the size, fit, or color is not right, you may exchange your item for another available size, color, or eligible product. Store Credit Eligible returns may be converted into Bratts Crew Store Credit. Store credit never expires and may be used on future purchases made through our website. No Refunds Bratts Crew does not provide refunds back to the original payment method for apparel purchases. Approved returns are processed as store credit only.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items, clearance products, promotional products, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may be rejected.
  • Store credit will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • If an exchange item becomes unavailable before processing, store credit will be issued instead.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.
  • Bratts Crew reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Separate orders must be processed as separate returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns associated with excessive, unusual, or abusive return activity.

START YOUR RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and return request. Once approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers outside Canada are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and return shipping expenses. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Bratts Crew is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by destination countries. Please include the following information inside your return package:
  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Reason For Return
  • Requested Exchange Item (if applicable)
Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days after arrival at our facility.

ISSUE WITH YOUR ITEM?

We stand behind the quality of every Bratts Crew product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
  • Order Number
  • Clear Photos Of The Issue
  • Description Of The Defect Or Damage
Upon review, Bratts Crew may offer a replacement item, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper washing, and issues reported after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Products purchased through authorized retail locations must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policies. Online orders cannot be returned through third-party retail locations.
