WHAT IS SHIPPING PROTECTION?

Shipping Protection is an optional service offered by Bratts Crew that helps safeguard your order against unexpected issues that may occur during transit. By adding Shipping Protection at checkout, you gain access to support for eligible claims involving lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Our goal is to provide a smoother shopping experience and additional peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost during transit by the shipping carrier, Bratts Crew will review your claim and may provide a replacement shipment or Bratts Crew Store Credit. Stolen Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has been stolen before you were able to retrieve it, you may submit a claim for review. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of both the packaging and the affected products.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • Packages delayed due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • Orders delivered to package forwarding or freight forwarding facilities.
  • Normal product wear and tear after delivery.
  • Packages left unattended for extended periods after successful delivery.
  • Claims submitted outside the applicable reporting period.
  • Fraudulent or misleading claims.
  • Packages marked as delivered where sufficient proof of delivery exists and claim requirements have not been met.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

If you experience an issue with a protected shipment, please contact our support team as soon as possible. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
  • Your Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address Used For Purchase
  • Description Of The Issue
  • Supporting Photos (if applicable)
  • Any carrier tracking information relevant to the claim
Claims should be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS

Once your claim has been submitted, our team will carefully review the information provided and may request additional details if necessary. Approved claims may be resolved through:
  • Replacement Shipment
  • Bratts Crew Store Credit
All resolutions are determined at the sole discretion of Bratts Crew based on the circumstances of each claim. Store Credit issued under Shipping Protection may be used toward future purchases on Bratts Crew and is subject to applicable store credit terms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order has been placed.
  • Coverage applies only to the order for which Shipping Protection was purchased.
  • Bratts Crew reserves the right to deny fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, or duplicate claims.
  • Replacement products are subject to inventory availability.
  • If a replacement item is unavailable, Bratts Crew Store Credit may be issued instead.
  • Shipping Protection does not guarantee delivery dates.
  • Coverage decisions are made solely by Bratts Crew based on the information available at the time of review.
